Suites Ambassador Apart-Hotel Panama

Suites Ambassador is located near Via Espana, a main street in Panama City’s business center. I was there for both business and pleasure, so this Panama hotel was convenient for me. It is not the fanciest hotel but the price is right for what I was looking for. The suites are large rooms with separations between the bedrooms and living/dining rooms and they were furnished very nicely. Exceptionally clean.

I took advantage of the conference room which is where I entertained clients after which, we went to one of the restaurants to dine and the food was great. When I wasn’t involved in business I relaxed poolside on the roof top—great way to get the sun. The pool is small, but maintained well.

In rating this hotel I would give it a 4 star. The services were great, maids came on time and kept the room very clean and the laundry and dry cleaning services were convenient. I enjoyed my king-sized bed and my fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning was definitely a plus as was cable tv.

I forgot to mention the great fitness machines—I really enjoyed that. I didn’t have much time this go-round, but if you are interested and have the time, there are many great places to visit close at hand—the Veneto Casino and Manolo’s Panamanian restaurant is only a block away and the 24 hour supermarket is only a ten minute walk away’

I would stay here again, but the next time it will be solely for a vacation, so that I could take advantage of all the activities available.
